" Zeno of Elea 490-430 BC The famous 'motion paradox' first formulated by Pythagoras. Zeno expounded on it and extended it to other phenomenon. But to me this sums it up. Take time for instance, for second to pass 1/2 second must pass, for a 1/2 to pass 1/4, for 1/4 to pass 1/8... ad infinitum. I think time is more of an unfolding, like vegetation.
